"If you need a big dinner or passing through town, this is a must stop! Stopped in after a long day in the mountains, and was ready to eat. Got there later in the day, so a few items were sold out - no big deal! I got the one meat plate (brisket) and a side of coleslaw and potato salad. I lived in Texas for over 8 years and this is the best BBQ I’ve had outside of Texas state lines. The brisket was juicy melt in your mouth good (both BBQ sauces were amazing too - I mixed them together) the sides of coleslaw and potato salad were so good and reminded me of some great southern cooking!"

"Stopped in today on our last day of vacation to satisfy hubs BBQ craving. We got the 3-meat plate with sausage, brisket and pulled pork with coleslaw and potato salad as well as a extra side of cowboy beans.
This is a local mom and pop place that's tucked in a little plaza on the main drag in Buena Vista Co. The meats were tender and juicy and the bbq sauce was just right. Not to spicy not to sweet. The sausage was really good. I'm not a huge fan of sausages this was hubs meat pick and I wanted to give a try at least.
We will defiantly be back to visit anytime we are in town! If you have a craving for some good BBQ stop in and your taste buds will thank you!"
